Anorexia is worse since your body is not getting any of the nutrients it needs whilst when you are bulimic, you eat fine and just trow up after the meal. It's still bad since vomit rots your teeth and ruins your intestines but in general, Anorexia is the worse of those two.

That's like asking which is worse - cutting off your left foot or your right. There may be small differences, but they are both pretty awful.
