Why do you women/girls slap on loads of make-up?
Have you ever thought of turning the light on before you do it?
Less is more you know.
Alot of you out there just look like clowns!

lol good question. i ask myself the same thing everyday. i walk around and see all these women looking like fools... and then wonder why no man wants to speak to them... so they go home- and put more on!! lol i swear...
i guess not everyone can be blessed to have natural beauty like me. ;)

So what is you question? Why do women slap on loads of make-up? I've been trying to figure that out myself. I'm a fashion researcher, and a former make-up artist/fashion designer. Make-up is meant to be used to ENHANCE your features, not cover them up and make fake ones. It is best to put on make-up in natural light, obviously. Really, natural make-up saves time and looks sooooo much better. The only reason you would ever need to wear non-natural make-up is for a night on the town. Consider that girls!

i don't "slap on loads of make-up" and i find what u said very sexist as alot of girls don't slap on make-up like u say we do. i do admit though that some girls do come out looking so orange that u do wonder if they thought of putting the light on before they did their make-up

I probably wear make-up once a year when I go to a wedding!
I prefer the natural look. Although if I am absolutely honest I'm just too lazy to bother with it!

A lot of girls just put on lip gloss and eyeshadow. Some girls use a lot of makeup because they have zits or something but not all of them.

well i only use eyeliner and mascara thats all. no foundation or any thing maybe some clear lip gloss. im not into make up but then again im not a high maintanence kinda girl. take care.

hey watch it man I do turn on the light...and we don't slap on makeup we apply it...and not all of us put loads of it on all I use is foundation, eyeshadow ,mascara ,lipgloss and sometimes a little lipstick,

Cause, some girls think guys find them really attractive with tons of make-up, which is the exact opposite!!! Guys need to be able to see your face!

You are correct. Most women/girls never learn HOW to put it on. You can learn for FREE at most cosmetics stands in department stores.
