get really nice headshots, spruce up your resume and send in your best audition tape

You are pretty much out of luck. You must fly to Orlando, FL and audition. Disney does NOT audition in places outside of their parks. Auditions are much more commonly held in Orlando than in Anaheim. You might try starting a fund to get you to an audition, but raising enough money to go is difficult.

Look on the web to find a number of an agent who works for disney channel. If they like you, they may fly you to wherever you need to go.

Realistically. There is no way especially in Minnesota. You need to get out of there and go to L.A. or NYC to audition.
I realistically think you should stay in school and maybe go to college in NY or LA
