I'm not saying that you two won't get along, but, firstly as team mates isn't he supposed to make shots for you?
Secondly, perhaps you should wait a while longer to see if you really do gel with him and that a relationship won't end badly. Think of it this way--if it ends badly, you could affect the team; friction between team mates.

hell naw. i had my team mates date one another on the team. it was fine for a while. but then things got real bad. they started to get jealous of one another. if one hung around someone else they'll just trip. then they would tell people there business. but then again if your feelings are that serious. my advice to you is to follow your heart.
