Do you mean, like since your topic is beauty and style, oil blotting paper? The kind you use to keep your face shine-free when you don't have enough time to wash your face in the middle of the day? If that's the case, Bioré carries a cheap kind that is powdered, and avalible at most drugstores. My favorite kind, however, is Burt's Bees Rice Paper from Sephora. It's lightly powdered and really soaks all the shine up and leaves your skin luminous. If you prefer non-powdered, Clean & Clear has a cool blue kind of oil-blotting paper that changes color when it soaks up shine. But I don't even know if that is what you are talking about.

Still, I know I am fabulous!

Any makeup counter at a department store, or even at stores like Target. Actually, there is a brand sold at target call ELF and they sell AMAZING makeup items (ie. blush, eyelash curler, mascara, blotting paper, etc.) for only a $1.00. Now, if you are having a moment when you can't even afford $1.00 , toilet seat covers work exactly the same. Just take a few, stuff them in your bag, get home, cut them up and you have FREE blotting sheets.
ELF is even sold online at www.elf.com
