My best friend told me you have big ones and I was kinda embarassed and hers are flat!!!Does it matter if your mom has big or small ones!!

Embarrassed? Why? You are 12 and it's normal to have growing breasts. It's not like you're 6 which would be incredibly abnormal (lol). Everybody grows at different speeds. If other people poke fun of you then it's just them being immature...or jealous. Be proud and don't care what others think of your maturing body.
P.S I was always told that sleeping with a bra on is not good for circulation, plus no one sees you at night anwways, so sleep without it.
a 34 training bra is completely normal..and the fact that you aren't an actual cup size yet definately does not mean you are big (when i was 12..10 years ago, all my friends wore A and B cups).

I don't think so. That is the size I wore at twelve and although I am not what you would consider huge in the bust I now wear a 32 or 34 B/C. Take off your jacket and enjoy the summer. You are perfect just the way you are and don't get hangups that will only make you unhappy and have no fact behind them.

don't worry about it. everyone develops at different ages. you're fine. and big or small is all based on perception. I know that i have a rather small chest, but my boyfriend loves me just the same. size really doesn't matter

No, when I was 12 all the girls at my school were flat and didnt wear bra's, I was the ONLY girl in school with C cups, so you shouldnt feel embarrased. No do not sleep with your bra on, let your boobs breathe at night.Plus sleeping with no clothes at night feels so relaxing
