I would say that in the fashion business, the term "relaxed fit" is used to refer to a pair of pants for people who may be a little over-weight. It's a nice way of saying, "pants with a little extra room for your beer belly." Loose fit is more of a baggy look, perhaps for younger men who like their boxers to hang out of their pants.

I know I am fabulous!

When I try to wear loose fit, they slip alot. When I wear relaxed, they're some times tight, regardless of size. but I can usually wear them.

Relaxed usually gives a little more room where it counts, and regular is a bit tigher down south. So that all depends.
