Is there such a spell where you can make someone feel a slap or pinch?

Witches and wiccan do not have such since our dogma says "An it harm none, do what you will". I feel you are an IRAB or an IRALOB (I read a book or I read a lot of books) honey I am an initiated witch in an established tradition. I studied for a year and a day to be given my most prized item my white cord given to me at my initiation. Study witchcraft from a priestess or priest and learn what is about before you practice something you know nothing about.

yes its called a fetch. a fetch is a little psuedo spirit that does your bidding in simple ways. like getting someones attention, whistling at someone, and pinching a person from a distance. my fetch works ok but needs improvement.
