You'll find them in the Home Office (Computer) department. With the micro cassette voice recorders and calculators. :)

Believe it or not, they actually do. I seen them in walmart the other day. Right next to the VHS tapes. I had to explain to my little cousins what they were. I felt old.
Later that day the kids were acting up and I told them they sounded like a broken record.... you can image the look of confusion.

yes, you can get blank tapes at the Family Dollar store and used cassetts at Fye music store, go to www.fye.com for store locations
