who else is tired of the government saying they do whats best for the people ,but not doing ANYTHING. i mean they do things sure but nothing really helps anyone in our country but the rich or immigrants. the government should open their eyes and realize that people who have been in the country for a month can get a store or have different organizations to back them when a low class person cant even get a loan because they're "unreliable". i bleieve its bullshit. i dont miond immigrants coming over, but how come they have more rights than people that have been here their whole lives? im tired and who else is tired of a government who ran for and by the politicians and immigrants?

The Declaration of Independence - written by one of the greatest minds in history, Thomas Jefferson - demands that the people do whatever they can to preserve and protect our Liberties and Democracy altogether.

To say that I am ready is an understatement.

Anyone who is not American Indian is either an immigrant or a decendant of an immigrant in the USA. Well, for that matter, 10,000 years ago even the indiginous peoples immigrated to this continent.

People in the US have always been belly-aching about recent immigrants and shuffled them off to the low paying meanial jobs, even when they are qualified for skilled professions in many cases.

Try to back up a little and realize that people have been moving around the planet since the beginning of human civilizations. So what has changed? The gigantic leap in world population is what has changed. The world population hovered around the half billion mark for centuries, but look what happened around the 1950's... world population has exploded and is moving toward the 7 billion mark now.

Think of a nice cherry pie. Let's say you want to share it with 3 of your friends... you each will get a nice big slice of pie. Now imagine you have to share your pie with 28 other people. Hmm, those would be pretty skinny slices. I hope you bought ice cream to put on top.. haha.

Secondly, you seem to speak as if the government were run by something other than human beings. I'm sure you have heard the phrase "we the people". If you are disgruntled with politics, get involved. Start local. Pick a local candidate that you agree with and work on their campaign. Or run for office yourself. It is we, the people, who make up our land

Unfortunately, that's the way it goes. Sometimes people don'trealise how well off they really are. An immigrant, who has had to share a room with 5 other people, has maybe gone without food for days, has worked his butt off for 50 cents a day in his own country would do anything to have just some of the luxuries you take for granted- like a toilet or a shower. So when the population of a spoilt country does not want to work in mundane jobs, or are deemed "unreliable" because they only work for a couple of days or weeks so they can afford whatever "product of the week" took their fancy, the employers will see the benifit in employing a hard-working, non-complaining immigrant- who has never even dreamt he would be earning so much, being able to afford to rent a place with his own bedroom and will save every cent so he too can become an employer one day. These immigrants don't have more rights than you, they have exactly the same rights, they just have a more work-based ethic than you, and a strong-willed determination to succeed. If you are "ready", what you should do is follow your dreams and achieve your goals, never give up, and just do it. But don't try to do it the easy way.

You gotta HELL YEAH! from me. I have been thinking for weeks about how to start a new grass roots movement. You see, it doesn't matter which national party you vote for, the candidate would not get to a spot of prominence without being in "The Club". I am trying to figure a successful way to put an honest candidate up for election simply using the Internet to start with. Maybe this forum is a good place to start. People like "Pancakes" are happy with their lives. They have an above average income and their lives are quite comfortable. Sad but true, if most your needs are met, you really don't give a damn about any one else's. If you see the vision of what I am proposing, lets get started. E-mail me!
