I dare not think for God.

However, I would wonder why God gave scientists and doctors the knowledge to do such services. With everything God gives us as a gift, we should always be thankful. If I were to undergo such a surgery then it would be through God's blessing that I got it.

However, like all things given by God, we can abuse the gift. So, yes, I myself would be mindful to not become "Addicted" like some of the patients have become ... however, "Addiction" again is hard to control, and it's through God's mercy that we get out of addictions (quit smoking last December ---- THANK GOD).

To the religious Jews, you wouldn't be allowed into heaven for altering your body. Not even for just doing a tattoo or a piercing. I don't know what the other religions take is on this... but I don't think that anyone should be concerned with such things. God will be mad about whatever people say he'll be mad about... and everyone has a different opinion about it. Whatever people say about it, it doesn't make any of those things actually true.

Personally, I don't think plastic surgery for someone who doesn't need it is a good thing to do. Surgery is always risky, life-threatening, it gives you potential for an infection, which could cause an embolism and kill you... there are SO many reasons to not go through with an elective surgery. You just have to be happy with what you have, and if you love yourself, then it will be contagious and someone else will love you too.

I agree that if there is something wrong during birth or accidents- then it should be okay for surgery. Other than that- I feel sorry for them for they definately have low self confidence.... I personally don't need fake things to make me beautiful.

I'm not sure imaginary beings can "think".
And if "God" didn't approve of plastic surgery, why did he make it possible?

If it for vanity sake he might disapprove. If its for corrective surgery or mental health i am sure he does not care.
