Hey, I like music more than the next person but the videos have gotten way out of hand. Even artist...like NElly Furtado who use to great videos have now given in. I admit it does get people to listen to your music but god - have some pride!

I love music also, but I hate watching music videos with scantily-clad females running all over the place. Sex sells is what I've been hearing for years, but when I see a hot-looking man in an video. Yeah, I may look at the video, but the man doesn't make me buy the CD. It's the artists, lyrics & the beats that makes me buy the CD.

I know it's all about personal preference, but I loved videos when MTV was just starting. It was the cutting edge of several different styles. I don't even know where you can really see videos now. If I do turn on MTV or VH1 its reality shows. What a waste. Oh yeah, I can't stand the slutty videos that I have seen.

they've all sold out. The real quality artists will still write and perform music that they believe in and feel strongly about. Otherwise, its become a contest on who can make the sappiest video that gets the most adolescent kids wanting more.

Never had a chance to "get sick" as soon as I heard about Music Videos I commented that the phrase was a horrible paradox/contradiction.

i think they have definitely gotten out of control im kinda tired of seeing naked girls all the time... they might as well just play a porno and have the music playing in the back ground..it would be just about the same thing

yes... and all the good videos by bands like pearl jam(life wasted)
and Red hot Chili peppers( Dani Califrnia) don't get played because of slutty videos.

I agree that the videos are nasty, and even weird, but you know when my son and I watch VH1 I realize how stupid the videos of my own era were.
