I really like Southern Italian cooking because they use a lot of fresh peppers, eggplant and tomatoes, but on the downside they don't use a wide variety of seasonings. I like the herbs and spices that are used in Indian food, and when I want something cleansing and healthy I look to Japanese. I'm a vegetarian, so that influences my food choices.

Mexican food for sure. I could eat it every day if given the choice, and if I wouldn't turn into a big, fat blimp!

Spanish food is the best I think. I love rice and beans. Then after that, Italian food is second. Pasta is the s**t.
