I am a dancer! but I kinda have a stomach..lol!! I do a lot of crunches and stuff but it is not really showin results! I mean i can see my somch taken shape but it is very hard!!well if u are fit and can give me some advise please answer this!! thanxz and have a great day! MUCH LUV!!

What you have to do is some aerobic exercise. I know that everyone thinks that doing a whole bunch of sit-ups will solve all of their stomach problems but that never works. If you have any fat on your stomach (as with most normal non-anorexic woman) then doing crunches will only add muscle that is hidden beneath fat. If anything, the extra layer of muscle buried under your tummy would make you look fatter :( What you need to do is some activity that raises your heart rate like dancing, cycling, jogging, walking, swimming, etc. This is the only way for you to lose the fat since spot reducing rarely works. You need to burn more calories than you are consuming and only cardiovascular exercise and dieting can do that. Good luck!

since you are a dancer it should be no problem. put on the good club dance music and start dancing real fast. the sweat starts to pour right out and before you know it you will look better than before.....i have a 4 yr old and i got him into dancing.doing the same thing i just mentioned above. it a good bonding if you have kids or friends. doing it with somebody is better than noone. you need that extra support and someone to laugh with while doing your dancersize

Here is the thing, dance isn't an aerobic exercises, so you don't loose weight! Take up an activity like swimming or running to loose weight. Also, you need to make sure that you are eating lots of veggies and protein. Good luck!!

cut down on the carbs and do more cardio. crunches will develop the muscles but will not get rid of the fat. you need to burn more calories than you are taking in. hope that will help you.

umm.i used to have this problem too, but i found a quick painless solution with minimal bruising...LIPOSUCTION!!!!! god, it works miracles...took the fat right off my forehead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

or...you could just kill yourself...or stop eating...or just puke it up...or eat laxatives...or excercise five months a day...you know, just about anything!!!!!!!!!!!
