probably only the pre-paid nokia phones...theyre like $30 but you can buy them new on ebay for like $10

Try calling your cell phone number of the phone you lost. Someone may have found it and you may get it back. Otherwise, they would have no way of knowing who to return it to. The phone would be of no use to them because they would not know the number of your phone.
If it is lost in your house, you will hear it ringing and find it.

usually if you get a 2 year plan from a cell phone company then they will give you a phone for free and replace it at the end of your contract if you renew it. hope this helps
