Ginger IS good but I think you need more than would be in foods. Try drinking ginger tea or getting capsules from the health food store. You should probably check with your doctor first but I have known many woman who have tried this. Their doctors did not have a problem with it.
The only foods I can think of that are good are saltine crackers. The salt really helps my nausea.

Saltines were my lifeline for all 3 pregnancies. I had to take alot of Tums too because I had horrible heartburn. Try eating non-greasy foods also. Some crackers don't seem like alot of food, but it does help ALOT. I drank alot of milk too, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are feeling nauseous. Drink alot of water instead, or if you can stomach it, some decaffinated tea.
Good luck!
