It is very unlikely. The pill stays active in your system for about 3 days after your last dose. When coming off the pill your periods can be very irregular for a few cycles and this is normal.

It doesn't sound likely from the way you asked the question; but, it is always best to assume that you are until you rule it out. Treat yourself well and wait. Look at your calendar and count the days in your normal cycle. If your period is more than one week late, then take a home pregnancy test. If that test doesn't answer your question, then make a doctor's appointment. Good luck.
