I would say Osama only because Saddam is in prison and it would be pretty easy for Osama to beat someone up who was in chains. Although if Osama is living in the mountains with only the resorces he can find than Saddam would because Osama would be weak with hunger and all that. But if it was a fair fight I would say Osama.
