Yes, you can.
The first house and the sign on the first house cusp, the Ascendant, (you, your appearance, your ego, your personality), your Sun sign and it's aspects, your Venus sign, and positive aspects (conjunctions 0°, trines 120°, and sextiles 60°) to Venus (beauty) all play a role in attractiveness.
Things to look for in a Natal chart that could enhance beauty:
Taurus or Libra on the first house cusp. Taurus and Libra are co-ruled by Venus.
Venus on the Ascendant or in the first house.
Your Sun sign placed in Taurus or Libra.
Venus conjunct, trine or sextile to Jupiter, which rules expansion or to the Sun, which rules the inner self and personality.
Gemini on the Ascendant can imply youthfulness.

When Venus is rising, the personality is pleasing and the voice gentle. The nose is slightly pointed, eyes calm; often blue or brown and the hair soft. These individuals incline to a short and well-proportioned stature. With elegance, grace, poise, beauty and a vivacious manner, these are the socialites and mediators of the zodiac and generally welcomed in any circle. Grace Kelly and Bill Clinton are examples of Venus rising.

Absolutely. If you have venus trine uranus, just as an example, you will always look younger than people think you are, or everybody else that is your age. Saturn aspect? You'll look older, have problems with your teeth, or arthritis. Afflicted venus? Maybe you had a severe case of acne and your face is scarred. All depends on birth chart. Gemini rising always retains their youth longer than others, especially if Mercury is there as well. Aquarius rising always looks younger than everybody else no matter what, especially if you're a female.. Libra rising always looks gorgeous, but only because they work at it for hours in front of the mirror. You know, like industrial strength hair spray and Crest White strips kind of thing. These are just examples, becase you need to have your chart done to get specifics.

Magnetism and charisma can be rated by the planet Venus and its sign placement, the signs of Taurus and Libra, the houses 2 (rules by Taurus) and 7 (ruled by Libra). Good Venus aspects, whether they be conjunctions, trines or sextiles, add charisma and magnetism to a person's aura. Venus is exalted (at its best position) in Pisces (ruler of the 12TH house).
Passion can be rated by the 1st (Aries)and 8th (Scorpio)houses and by those signs and well placed aspects to Mars and Pluto.
You can also check the person's Sun and Neptune's positions and aspects. The Sun represents the general energy and Neptune represents mysticism, magic and spirituality...i.e. the goddess or priestess archetype.

There will be physical characteristics that can be attributed to natal and rising signs in your chart. Some signs are stronger than others in appearance. Saggitarius bodies are usually "muffler" shaped, little waist indentation from side to side, but often slim throughout body. Taurus is often stocky or very muscular with men, women are often very "Earthy." Pisces often have very deep, watery eyes that are more often than not blue or blue green. Scorpios often have very thick hair. Good luck

According to my bf, he says yes. He says for most guys, they are attracted to extremely fair women. The woman can look just ordinary but if she is super fair with a good complexion, it is also a physical attraction. Alot of darker-skinned men are going after fair-skinned lady from another ethnic group instead of choosing women from their own, this could be the reason.

Definitely not. Your level of attractiveness depends on you to build from what your parents gave you at birth.

Nope. Your level of attractiveness depends on the real you, in person, not some generic description of you.
