I'm not sure. My best guess is to pray for a girl and accept whatever God thinks is right for you!
However, more scientifically... I know a few people who have tried the following:
After countless boys, a family member of mine had a vasectomy. Sometimes, (as in his case) after the vasectomy if reversed, something changes and he has had two girls.
Not sure how fool-proof that is though. Talk to a doctor before going through with it.

Do not douche with anything...it is bad because it disrupts the normal bacteria that grows the vagina.
First off you need to start keeping track of your ovulation using temps and ovulation predictor kits. Have intercourse before ovulation.
Shettles method:
Determining when you ovulate is vital when you are learning how to conceive a girl. Shettles recommends that you have sex 2 1/2 to 3 days BEFORE ovulation in order to increase your chances of conceiving a girl. Having sex closer to ovulation will dramatically decrease your chances of conceiving a girl. The timing of intercourse in relation to ovulation is a vital factor in increasing your chances of having a girl.
These are not "sure things", but results have been seen with these actions. X chromosome sperm (girl) swim slower and live longer than Y chromosome sperm (boy)...so the more Y sperm present at the time of ovulation, the greater the chance of having a boy.

Are you already pregnant--there's nothing you can do. If you are trying to get pregnant then get the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler and there is a whole section on gender selection. It isn't 100% effective but doing what the book suggests will greatly tip the scales in favor of a girl.

The only way to guarantee a female child is adoption, just be happy with a healthy baby.

I tried every old saying to different positions tryin to have a girl,, I had 3 boys, Only thing i didn't try is letting DR separate the X n Y's.

Let mother nature take it's course and pray that your baby is healthy! try www.babycenter.com they have a lot of pre conception things on their site I conceived 3 girls and a boy with that site. Good Luck!

Male sexed sperm are generally slower than the female sexed sperm. Try being on top during sex, the female ones are more likely to be able to make the journey up to the egg quicker than male ones.
I had a girl doing this!

hope, and pray for that, but it is actually the sperm will decide. you can always get an abortion, if its a boy but that is wrong. if it is a boy dress it up like a girl until it figures out it has a penis. that is what i did to my brother. good luck!

the male needs to have the orgasim and not the female. This will add great odds to your having a girl.
