Rex Grossman! The team rallies around him and he will only get better with experience. Griese is an excellent backup, but he's not going to be good starter... he had opportunities in Denver, Miami & Tampa and couldn't make it.

I think that it should be Orton, he got them to the playoffs last year then Grossman lost it for them.
