- Stop trying to overclock your computer
- clean the dust and dirt out of the fan and ventilation holes in your computer case
- buy the right kind of RAM
- Make sure you use a grounding strap when you handle the RAM to prevent static discharge damage

You mean from actually physically frying? If you've got a ram card that's spec'd for the laptop and the laptops getting good ventialation is not on another heat source it should be ok. If your laptop is getting really hot and frying th RAM you're going to want to make sure the intake and exhaust ports for the air aren't blocked, and that the cooling fans are working.

Otherwise I'd just make sure you've got the right ram cards for the laptop you're using. Beyond this, it could have some faulty wiring or a short that is burning it out. I'd check on everything but that, and if everything checks out you might need to find someone to pop it open and take a close look...

Dont use it so much and reduce the amout of tasks at one time.

Its a laptop.
