If you're debating weather you're diabetic or not, you need to go to a hospital or clinic right away! I know it's probably the last thing you want to do, but it's necessary. If you wish to own a glucometer, many diabetic clinics or clinics in general will provide you w/ one, free of charge. Depending on your insurance status and the meter, test strips can be spendy. (i often get my test strips on ebay.. check for meters there too) So if you have insurance, you should check and see which machines they cover. Good Luck

If you are not sure if you are diabetic or not, you need to see a doctor to find out. It will be difficult to tell just from a home glucose meter whether you are diabetic. A doctor will do a fasting blood test and possible a test where you drink a sugary mixture and they check your blood sugar over a period of a few hours. The doctor will also be able to help you with getting a glucometer (blood glucose machine) and test strips. You don't need a prescription for the machine, or the little pokey thingies (lancets) or test strips. Oftentimes, the machines can be had for free, but the test strips can be quite expensive. You doctor can talk with you about maybe getting on medical assistance to help pay for your diabetic supplies.
Hope this helps!

i work at a kroger pharmacy. i don't know where you live, but the kroger pharmacies offer free blood glucose machines with the purchase of test strips.
when purchasing a glucose machine, the main thing you want to check is the price of the test strips and lancets needed for the machine. they will be what you will buy over and over. some test strips are @$40. others are up to $90. so be sure and check the test strip and lancet cost, not just the cost for the machine.
good luck!

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
