You can't outrun, dodge or sleep through your problems although sleep will give you a clear head to deal with them and may even give you some ideas on how to handle it. First identify exactly what the problem is and how much of it you can deal with then take it from there. To avoid running away, you have to bite the bullet and face the situation.

Confronting one's problems is always scary. A problem moves us out of our comfort zone. In order to deal with it, we have to move past the familiar and go into the unknown. That takes courage.
The feeling of satisfaction that comes from tackling problems head on cannot be described. Assess the situation, formulate your solution, and go for it. If it doesn't work, you will have learned from the experience. If it works, you will have learned from the experience, and you can celebrate.

You have to face them and find a way to deal with the problem in a sensible way. I try to pray and ask God to help me and guide me in my search for an answer.

There are so many ways. People tend to drink, over sleep and have amnesia when it's most convenient.

Decide that they are not going to, and that they are going to face them. That is no grantee that they can solve all of them all alone, but its the best start to solving them at all.
