Even worse, they do not like to talk to me and eveytime I call/leave message and send email, I do not get a word! What does that mean? What can I do to get an answere?

how many hints do you need? They heard from someone that you are poison or if that is not the case then they found someone better and that is why they are ignoring you.

Move on they have

Perhaps they gave you a verbal offer before they were able to actually check your references. Maybe once they did, they got negative feedback from one of your past employers.

Now, if a company you used to work for is giving you a bad reference, this is something they could perhaps get sued for. Therefore, the company who offered you the job may not want to explain all that to you - out of courtesy for the person or company who was frank with them and gave the bad reference in confidence.

If you think it's possible that this could be the case, I suggest asking a friend of yours to check your references for you. He can pretend he's a prospective employer. At least you'll find out what your old employers are telling people.

It means you won't hear anything, my friend. This have recently happened to me. I was told I have a job - better than my current with a tentative start date and that I would be notified within the next week on my actualy start date and what time to report.

I never heard anything. I've tried to contact the person who scheduled my interview and if my contact within the HR dept., but they have not taken my calls or returned my messages.

Sometimes, things are too good to be true. At least, I still have my current position.

I would keep looking. Even if they do want you to work there, and are just busy or something, they appear to be unprofessional and you don't want to work for an employer like that. At this point, they may think you appear desperate after repeated attempt to contact them. Please don't take offense- just move on and look for the great job you deserve.

Move on, do not, I repeat bother them anymore. They have had a nay vote from somebody and you will never know who or why. If you like the type of work you were offered, go to their competition.
