I presume you're talking about real TV ratings, not some random list of movies and shows like the list above.
The highest rated regular program this week was "Komyo ga Tsuji" (http://www3.nhk.or.jp/taiga/ ) NHK network's current Taiga drama (http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Category:NHK_Taiga ). The highest rated program overall this past week, though, was the WBA light flyweight championship match between Koki Kameda of Japan versus Juan Landaeta of Venezuela (Kameda won in a split decision).
