I'm a drawer and a painter. Though, better drawer then a painter. I'm pretty good at what I do. But now, I have this empty canvas, and oil paintings. And once I got teh idea to paint, I start and then it wanishes. I become unsetisfied with it. And I can't work in that mood any more.

I just can't sit and do the job. I'm not expexting anything from me, but, it suck whern you are not able to sit do the painting. I say, there's enough time, but another me tells that sucks.

For those who missunderstood this, I'm aware that I shouldnt urge myself, and I don't. But some BUG in my mind pop-up, and make my wish go with the wind. It's not a wish, just the IDEA of my paining is gone.

How to deal with that I'm so smart lazy???:))))

Put some paint on the brush and touch the canvas.
Close your mind and open your heart.

The canvas won't know if you make a mistake and neither will the paint.

All your inspiration must flow through your heart before your head takes matters into it's hands.
You haven't lost your inspiration, or idea. Your inner voice is shouting too loudly that you should be perfect in method.
Sing with your heart to drown out self doubt and immerse yourself in the beauty of what flows from you onto the canvas.

Turn your idea into something tangible before you start your painting. If the way the sunlight hits the floor when it shines through the windows gives you an idea, take a picture of the sunlight with a digital camera before you run off and try to paint. If it's something more abstract, make a little doodle on a notepad with foot notes before beginning, as long as it jogs your memory and you can recall your idea for your painting.

I'm a very lazy poet and writer, so I can quite understand what you're having to deal with. With me, it helps if I write stupid things every now and then - even on grocery lists and diary notes, as long as I'm busy with pen and paper. They're anything but artwork, but it helps that at such a moment I couldn't care less. Later on, I leaf through these wee notes, get inspired, and write some decent things.

Perhaps it works like that with painting too. Start with simple sketches, have a small notepad and pencil with you wherever you go. That way, you might get home with ideas in your coat pocket, that you can't wait getting started on. It's certainly less daunting than to start with a blank canvas staring back at you.

I like to write, so sometimes I get ideas from my surroundings. Like when the light comes through the trees just right and illuminates a small spot on the brook, I can write about that. Or when I see things on television that bother me or make me cry, I'll write about it.
Maybe taking a walk in a nice park will help, or a short trip somewhere will give you inspiration. Keep plugging away!

I get ideas from listening to music, or listening to birds sing.
I usually get my best ideas around 3 in the morning. Sometimes
i go to Google and look at images of something.

If you have a sense to pray to Jesus, He will give you peace and clear the distractions that present themsleves to throw you off of your artistic gift.
