I am a football player 5'7 190 pds Starting Dline and Fullback. I practice and sweat alot i have hyper active sweatglands and lift but heres the problem.. I dont see results in my Chest/Abdomen or Lovehandles... I have somewhat manboobs with muscle when flex I do bench dumbell bench for it no results. For my lovehandles i do side dips and for my abdomen i do all sorts of situps bicycles throwdowns etc.. I see results everywhere besides my front..

I get results in my Biceps Triceps Calfes Legs Traps And back just not there

Help please?

You need to do some stomach crunches. You should also ask your trainer for some tips. You do seem kind of small for a line man and for a full back. How old are you?? If you are in your early teens then stop sweating it, you'll go through growth spurts and soon all your hard work will pay off. If your not a teenager then talk to a trainer to get extra help. Good Luck and be safe this season. Most importantly have fun....

do crunches for ur abs and love handles and push ups for chest and arms
