I believe in Near Death Experiences, but if you're drunk or high, do you think the same things happen?

When your spirit leaves your body, it is no longer drunk.

Your body is drunk because of chemical reactions between the alcohol in your bloodstream and your brain chemicals. Once the spirit leaves the body, it is no longer encumbered by any of the things that encumber the body.

If you are crippled when you die, your spirit will be whole.

If you are crazy when you die, your spirit will be sane.

If you are disabled by fetal alcohols syndrome when you die, your spirit will be as if you had never been disabled.

Now, once your spirit, whole and perfect, leaves your body, in whatever state it is in when you die, you will have to go before Almighty God and answer for the way that you have lived your life.

Actually, I wouldn't want to have a drinking binge as the last item on the list.

If your loved one died while drunk, He/She was sober when he/she met God. And his/her relationship with God while on the earth determined the reception that he/she got when his/her spirit arrived in heaven.

The time to meet God and make things right with God is now, while we are alive in the flesh. I hope that you find Jesus in your life. If you want to talk more about Him send me an email.

I think your near death experiences will be enhanced if you've been on the shrooms.. But if you die while passed out, that's just not a good thing. Don't drink and drive.

I don't really know, but I keep getting this mental image of this drunken spirit trying poorly to negotiate the spirit world, getting lost, abused by other non-drunk spirits, and finally accidentally tripping back into a dead body...but not the one she left. Lots of room for a great comedy movie here...maybe even a TV series.

I don't know because it hasn't happened to me. Since I don't drink, it may not happen. A more important question that you need to ask is what you would do if you had a "hell experience". Would that lead you to want to get saved?

Then you die. I don't think dying drunk or sober changes what happens.
