Yes they will. However the creative team can't decide on who to bring in. They have considered Cena. However, with the heelish reaction he is getting from the fans. It leaves them wondering. Right now they are hoping to see Carlito is going to go over.

It has been said that 123 kid was coming back. I dont know for sure. I WISH that road dog and Billy Gunn would come back. That was a source.
