I need the legal New Mexico terminology for a clause in a deed stipulating "transferable on death."

In New Mexico, there's specific phrasing required on a deed so that real estate can be passed to heirs without going through probate, and so there's no need for a will. I know the phrasing includes, "transferable on death." But I don't know what else is required.
