may be a stupid quiestion but i've always wondered...

because ones it's in your ear, it takes over some of your body heat. so when the water comes out, it is warmer then when it went in. in fact, as the inside of your ears are usually warmer then say the outside of your face, your skin that is (sorry about being confusing!), the water that was inside your ear has reached the same temp as the inside of your ear and since this temp is higher then the temp of your skin, the water that comes out of your ear feels warm.
and it's not a stupid question, it's just something most people never really think about.

Your body is warmer than water you are in; and core temperature is around 98 degrees on average too.

Skin temperature is likely lower - so - when water comes out it warms up your skin a little and so forth.

you have warm blood naturally, like all humans. When water gets into your ear, it quickly is warmed by the blood that surrounds the ear.
