I AM MAKING A MOVIE MAKING CLAN ON QUAKE 3 AND I NEED SOMTHING TO CAPTURE VIDEOS WITH

If you have a PC and want to capture images of the games you're playing by hitting the Print Screen button on your keyboard shall do it.

If you want to capture videos there are several applications that can do it, one that might help you is WinCam.
