No, well it depends on your skill level. Personaly that would be a waste think man what 3 years you can be driving... Well anyways you need to think bigger. Oh and i had electric bikes before they are a total waste trust me seriously!!

15 mph! with you on it probably only 10 mph. I would look for a gas powered bike of at least 50cc. you can fast walk 10 mph, save your money until you can afford a bigger moped.

That thing is a bicycle with a motor in it. You'll get tired of it fast.
You'd have more fun on a scooter or motorcycle 80cc-100cc.

when i was 13 i was working on my fourth real dirt bike maybe you should spend money on something thet you are going to ride for more than a few months
