The Sound of Music. Aside from the story, I also like the songs in the movie. I watched it so many times but I never get tired of it. I watched it in the movie theater when I was a kid and it was my favorite since then.

I have lots! ... and so don't really have one on the 'top' of my list any longer. They all are either, 'great', 'alright', or 'terrible' now.

However, the first movie I ever called my favorite and is still one in my 'great' catigory is:

"The Lost Boys"

It's supposed to be a horror movie, my uncle watched it with me once and he was actually getting edgy while watching it... to me it's a Comedy. The acting isn't great, but I feel the story is well written and the details that go into it's directing are excellent for when it was made.

My favorite movie is Deuce Bigalow 2, cause the story is more funy than the first movie, and Eddie Griffin plays really good, an the way he talks, makes me laugh

"The Time Machine" - I never get tired of the original movie, because it was freakish good for its day, but also because the concept H G Wells had was so interiguing. I would love to be able to time travel - forward and back and see what really will happen and what REALLY did happen.

LOL, right on Binky... "I speak JIVE!" lmao

Legend-- With Tom Cruise and Tim Curry.

Tim Curry did such a great job as the "master of darkness", made me wish I was the princess.

My favourites change over time. At the moment it is Kung Fu Hustle. It is a hilarious, surreal, mind-blowing action movie. Undescribable and fantastic!

Rear Window, an Alfred Hitchcock classic. Still suspenseful, although it's an oldie.
