OK not remade but reshown the way the telly shows a repeat of everything else and maybe digitally enhanced i remember it to be dull n not so bright cartoonage

Classic cartoons should never be re-made. The originals are best.

Captain Caveman is better than Hong Kong Phooey and nothing tops good ol' Bugs Bunny cartoons.

I think they should put Hong Kong Fuey out on DVD, along with Captain Caveman! I don't think it should be remade, the original was the best.

Oh yeah - but if it was remade it would be awful. I miss the 90s and all that fun stuff. Good times.... but it was a great show. Good times...

I used to love Hong Kong Phooey!!

My fave was Rosemary, the switchboard operator at police headquarters.

It was on not long aso on one of the cable channels... it wasn't as good as I remember due to most episodes using the same basic plot in the manner of Scooby Doo.

wow another of my fav's if any one is following my answer bet they think all i do is watch tv lol. but i loved hong kong fuey ...quicker than the human eye. wot a pup!!! he could kick ***
oh and danger mouse was another fav i loved that big fat slug in it lol

You don't remake classics like that.
Actually, cartoon network was looking into it, with a hormone induced replacement, but they thought better of it.
