My friend has no priors and has two felony charges pending. Could he at least get no time in prison or probation? He attends to hire an attorney to help in this case.

Depends on the charges, the DA, the judge and the lawyer. It is possible they could get probation.

Possibly- it depends on what the felonies are, how confident the DA is in obtaining a conviction and consequently, how much they're willing to deal in a plea bargain. It's highly unlikely that he'll walk away without any probation however. Also, he could plead not guilty and if his attorney can convince a jury to find him not guilty, then he gets away clean.

since it is 2 felony charges, he will more than likely get probation. Depending on what state he lives in he may also get some jail/prison time

Good idea. Get a good criminal defense attorney. I hate going to the jail and I know I can leave whenever I want. Depending on the crimes - there's a possibility Probation is an option. Not enough information...

Given the severity of the crime, 2 felony, I highly doubt if he'll get no jail time. I'm sure he'll get some time plus probation.

Unless of course he beats the rap then he'll be off scott free.

Depends on the prosecution and what the mandatory minimum is for the specific crimes. You'd have to research those specific felonies.

Felonies make it hard. If they were Misdemeanors then he'd have a good chance.
