Tampons. they're discreet and take up more effective - I once wore a pad on a flight and that i had my first heavy era and it ended up soaking by ability of my jeans and onto the seats! It replaced into so undesirable - fortuitously I had a jacket i could tie for the length of my waist overwise I dont recognize what i could have carried out. So embarrasing! i exploit Lil-shall we tampons and continuously pads x
