1. Multi-grain cereal (carbohydrate) with the following added:
2. 3/4 cup Blueberries (fruit)
3. 2 Tbl chopped Walnuts (protein)
4. 3 Tsp of Flaxseed (raises HDL— your good cholesterol)
5. I drink lots of spring water (minerals).
p.s. It's also a good snack 4 - 5 hrs. after dinner.

well generally when i don't feel like cooking my husband will cook. But if he is not around i will make cereal, sand which, pop tarts, frozen food or microwaveable food.
