The only thing I've noticed uncommon is that I'm more thirsty than normal, even though I'm drinking my usual amount if not more. (which is right much anyway)

I was incredibly thirsty too. This can be a sign of gestational diabetes, though, so you need to get them to keep a close watch for ketones & do a glucose test. If those tests come back ok, it's probably your body trying to build blood volume.

Don't worry, the symptoms will probably show up - and then not go away. The term "morning sickness" is highly inaccurate - it can hit you any time. However, I found it was better if I kept lots of water in me, so if you're thirsty, drink. Try to avoid soda and caffeinated beverages, and limit juice - that might help. H2O is the good stuff - but if you get bored of it my OB/GYN ok'd flavoured waters WITH SUCRALOSE (Splenda) as the sweetener (no aspartame!) occasionally. I liked to just stick a slice of lemon or lime in it and go, though.

Congrats - but do get the ketones & stuff checked.

well i'm currently pregnant with my first. I'm 28 weeks and 2 days. I had unusual tiredness and missed periods. If your getting positive preg tests then you are pregnant probably. My midwife told me false negatives are more common then false positives, so you probably are pregnant. How many periods have you missed btw? id go see your doctor and do a test there. Not everyone has symptoms at the start. Love dani and bluebump xx

Angels gard has a very good point. This is the first sign of Diabetes. A lot of women have Diabetes only during pregnancy. If you don't have it, it could also be a sign of pregnancy. Because your body requires you to drink a lot more liquid when pregnant. Either way, see a doctor. Diabetes is very serious.

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.

And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

you should forget about how thirsty you are its summertime ,the fact that your pregnancy test came out positive would most likely mean to go to your gyn make sure you and your baby are healthy and if your not pregnant i find it odd and i would suggest taking an ept pregnancy test there expensive but 99% correct,if your not gonna go to the doctor
