I'll second the Inbox Dollars recommendation. I recently wrote a blog post about how to get to your first $30 payout in under an hour. It does require more than just taking survey, though, to do that. You'll takes some surveys, signup for some free trials, etc.

Most of them only give you spam in return. Enter the ones advertised on tv or a company such as target or something.
