Sadly, no. People are general in their way of thinking. It would be exhausting to try and view all things (and people) without judgement. If you have tasted an apple, then you know that it is sweet, and it remains sweet no matter how many times you try it, wouldn't you generalize, then, that all apples are sweet? So is it with people. If several people of the same race manage to make the same impression with you, then your mind will simply generalize.
What we can do, then, is to control the impressions we see and hear from the media, and get to know as many races of people as you can. After all, the mind will choose the specific over the general.

That's a tough question..
I would hope that it would but I think because too many people have personal biases that avoid them from understanding the stem or root of racism, it would be hard to ever wipe off the map of exsistence.
However I do believe today, as a nation you see cultures and communities of different languages/beliefs co-exsisting so i think that the discrimination in some sense is kept alive by certain people/groups who call out racists when deep down they are racist for not acknowledging that in America, we today have reached apoint that we do look past race/color.
Look at hollywood, or american idol winners, or any other sector of america. Racisim is now a minority/miniscule part of the population.
Thank god for that.

it is surely a considerable situation of paramount value. i wish there's a worldwide regulation conserving people against racial discrimination. Racial discrimination is the onset of genocide basically like what's happening in some factors of the worldwide. What happened in Croatia became a non secular discrimination which became discribed by utilising the media as "Ethnic cleansing" it is now happening in Darfur.

I think it will, but it will take a while for our country to get there. We have came a long way in regonizing the civil rights of individuals of any group, but we still have a long way to go. I hope we can all move past all types of discrimination. As long as there are people out there who make it a habit to not judge based on race, religion, sexual orientation, ect..then the USA will move forward.

It will never stop, for many reasons, 1. Because there are economic reasons.2. Because people always fear what they don't know or understand.3. And if people can't get along even in their own families ,how does anyone expect strangers from different races will ever get along. 4. People are violent and destructive.

My personal view on this is that it will never stop.
But if you asked John Lenon while he was alive, he dreamt of a world without racial prejiduce.
He left his legacy to us in the form of the song Imagine
God Bless

The more we hang out with each other, the more we learn about how much we all have in common. And how dumb it is to judge someone by their race (when we all probably have common ancestors).
So it'll get better ... but will brothers and sisters ever stop fighting? Ehhhhh ... I doubt it, Doc!

Not until we can find a way to level the playing field. In my youth I embarked upon the road to knowledge to find out who I am and evryone else so I can handle things very well to keep things in check.

Racial discrimintation will stop , when minorities stop giving whites a reason to discriminate. Like for example blacks committ violent crimes at rates at 10x that of whites. Muslims are respobsible for nearly all terrorism ect ect ect. Any by the way, whites are discriminated against in non-white countries.
