I just got a camera phone and want to upload my pictures. I got a USB data cable today and downloaded the drivers for my phone, but I can't figure out how to upload the pictures. My phone is a Sanyo SCP-3100. Thanks for any help you can give me!

When you connect the phone to your pc it should show up as a drive. You should be able to find the folder with your pics in it and drag and drop them into your my pictures folder on your pc.

use a SANYO SCP3100 SCP-3100 SCP 3100 Phone USB Data Cable between your 3100 and PC

yes, you can do that by bluetooth, or you can do that by connection your phone to the computer with the USB cable you got with your phone, you may have to install the software first.
