i have one that exactly like that but it is pink and have stripes on the sides and the puma logo. is this tennis skirt? mine also have shorts inside.

No. The skirts they call "tennis skirts" are tighter and shorter. Now, if you're looking for a skirt to play tennis in, that's the idea, but it has to be shorter.

yours sounds like a tennis skirt but that pic is not one. Tennis skirts are usually very short and have shorts or bloomers inside them.

No, it's not. It's too ruffly and long for that. For your information: You can wear tennis "underwear" over your regular underwear with skirts that don't have any attached.
