So the average Black thinks he is better off under Nelson Mandela and the ANC than under White rule??
Ha ha ha - don't make me laugh.
Look at Rhodesia/Zimbabwe and the rest of Black Africa. Disease, corruption, starvation and a continuing decline in living standards and life expectancy.
If it wasn't for the White man continually bailing them out in the form of foreign "aid" and charity handouts African "nations" would have collapsed years ago under the weight of their own stupidity.
The population of Africa quadrupled under the White man's rule. Left to the Black man it is falling back to its original level.

Yeah mate, you missed about 15 years. Do you not read the news (then again the international media gets a different picture)? I am South African, born & bred and lived in Johannesburg.
Just like any other country you have your rich, middle class & your poor. The very small upper class consist of all races (the 5 top black guys are worth R1.5bn), an average middle class and the ever increasing poor. The poor have not had any benefit from "The New SA". Instead they have been exploited. Exploited by the ANC, their very own people (the government). Nelson Mandela? As a leader of the ANC he was brilliant. As an person with morals?????? He is an old man...............let him be. For now.
Soweto? Is that the only one you know? Ah yes, Soweto is the SA governments show piece (take a look at Soweto and see how our people have to live). Thats what they tell the international world. Take the tourists there; let them see how we live (blah blah).
What happened to Alex, Tokoza and all the others, the ones which they do nothing about; except care about the number of votes they can get. These people are puppets. They are told to murder, rape, steal, destroy and vote. If they don't, they become victims.
Thats how they are treated. Not all "blacks" are bad and not all "whites" are good. This is not about race. This is about the lust for power, money and land; at the expence of the people.
Go have a look at what the real people, black, white, indian and coloured are saying. See the CESA website.......then ask again

Mandela governed without malice towards his former oppressors, insisting that South Africa become a 'rainbow nation' where all races could live together. Compare this with the situation in other post-colonial African societies, where the new black governing class decided it was payback time.
And amazingly, he chose to stand down after just one term in office, whereas most African leaders think they are indispensable and do anything to hang on until they die or get forcibly thrown out. He did not solve all of South Africa's problems - nobody could in just five years - but for that alone he deserves respect.

You need to understand why he was arrested in the first place. Nelson Mandella planted a bomb in a black area to cast blame against the white SouthAfrikans. He was willing to blow up his own people. This fact is not widely known in the UK. The campaign to release him from prison was due to the 30 years that he was in prison. How many would have campaigned on his behalf if this was FACT was known?
Look it up on google and see for yourself.

Black South Africans now have a right to vote, thanks to Mr Mandela, they have infinitely more freeodms than they did under the fascist Apartheid regime, and the country as a whole is beginning to prosper.
All good points, in Mr Mandela's favour. Not at all bad for someone who spent a fair portion of his life in prison on false charges, after a "trial" in a kangaroo court.

He was in prison for being a communist.
He has never done anything for South Africa, or for either whites or blacks.
He was just made a hero by American politicians (Jimmy Carter) to exploit blacks and get their votes.
You are very perceptive to catch on. One thing you did miss is white farmers being slaughtered by the thousands.
