What does it matter what she looks like as long as she does the job. The more efficiently and the sooner should be the criteria. If looks, colour or gender had any bearing on it, the world would be even more messed up than it is now
And stickman, what is your comparison? The poor stiff has gone from a not bad looking kid to a rather poor Picasso, next stop probably a Dali.

I don't think it would matter what color Condoleeza was. I truly don't perceive a lot of warmth from her personality. And, perhaps that's because of her career position. I just am attracted to the warm, intelligent, and provocative, rather than cold, intelligent and stiff.
