How can we answer that? Those of us who have never been so tortured within our minds have no idea what those who DO commit suicide are going through. The balance of their mind must be so disturbed, they find it impossible to find an answer to their problem. They are completely irrational It must be dreadful to get to a point where one can see no way out. To an onlooker, suicide may seem to always be harmful to the person ending his or her life. But that's not how the person committing suicide sees the situation. People commit suicide because they decide continued living in their particular circumstances is a greater harm to themselves than death. I have first hand of this,my brother committed suicide at the age of 28. Why? We never found the answer to that. Was there any justification? Without a reason, how do we know?
Most of you on here are thinking/writing with a clear understanding of what you think and feel, someone who commits suicide IS NOT thinking clearly, their problems are so magnified its impossible for them to see through the muddy water. They are NOT thinking about the people they love or going to leave behind, just how they can find the peace inside that they so desperately need!!

Never.
It's a cop out to not getting your way and having things in your life go perfectly. It's quite selfish. Instead of owning up and respecting the life that was granted, a person takes their life as a shortcut to avoiding any forms of pain, discomfort or disappointment.

And, if you believe in reincarnation, you are doomed to repeat the EXACT same life until you've learned the lesson you were supposed to learn that you dodged by committing suicide.

If you believe in heaven/hell, then you must know that ALL suicides are condemned to hell because God didn't grant you life only for you to take your own life ... not as a sacrifice to doing something heroic like saving another, but, again, as a cop out for not getting what you want.

One can't justify suicide. It is a Non reversible thing. The next day always looks better. A calm after the storm if you will!

I think that the only way anyone should take there own lives into their hands is if they are in great physical pain and there is nothing that can be done for them. I agree with assisted suicide for terminally ill people if they can really decide for themselves and not someone else decide for them

there is no justification for taking your life there is no person or thing worth losing a life for. It's always easier for someone to take there life instead of facing what ever problem it is. Someone taking there own life in my opinion, is being very selfish and cares for nothing. And everybody cares for something in there life.

it depends on the person judging. everyones reason for suiside is diffrent. so if a person, in there life has be through unbelivable tourment, and even after that time they are still living there (kind of like scitsos) if they want to hit the restart button with a gun they can go ahead i would hold no grudge.

If a person is suffering from a terminal illness and there's no pain relief to be had, then they should be allowed to choose life or death. If a person were to kill others and then kill themselves, that's a despicable, cowardly way of avoiding the consequences of their actions.

I think so. But I think a little differently than everyone else. Sometimes people who commit suicide have logically thought it all out and they think it's the best option for them. I have to say that I agree in some cases.

Yes, this world is boring. So you want to be reborn earlier. I think your God will accept your decision, and make it real. You can live a new life soon or play chess with him while waiting for your friends....
