How do you get rid of vaginal odor without spray or powder??I can only use stuff that I have around the house!!!

FInd the reason for the odor...by seeing a gynecologist. It could be an infection!
Beyond this:
Wash with mild soap (go to Walgreens and buy some "intimate wash, PH balanced) in the evening and sleep with NO underwear, in the morning, use the same intimate soap. They are gentle enough, use a clean washcloth each time. Do not rub. All washclothes/underwear should be washed seperately on the hot cycle to kill any bacteria. Only wear COTTON underwear, that is loose enough on your body. Stop using tampons to see if this helps. Do not wear skin tight jeans either.
Do not douche, spray or powder the area.
This is the most natural way to stay odor free.

If it's persistant you should definately buy a douche. Summer's Eve makes really good ones for only a couple of dollars.

try some baking power and if it is too bad you may have a yeast infection and need to be treated

apple cider vinegar diluted with water (very diluted)
or aloe juice.
better to drink aloe juice and use apple cider vinegar (raw) on your salads.
