That's a tough and a good question. Depends on my mood at the time but I tend to return to 1983 (A Merman I Should Turn to Be) by Jimi Hendrix, The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret by QOTSA and Hairy Trees by Goldfrapp. Next month the list might have changed ....

The Manhattan Project by Rush mainly cos of the lyrics if you take the time to listen and understand them!! but you would have to like the music and lyrics of Rush as I have for about 25/30 years But I seem to be in a very small minority sadly has the love of meaningful lyrics & musicianship been lost forever ?
