I do not consider myself as a lesbian,,though I love to look at pretty girls,well dressed girly girls,,,! Hmmm...it sounds like you have a lust for life, a desire for beauty, a competitive spirit, an eye for sexuality, a bit of bad girl in you....sounds great. You're in touch with it, you are speaking about it, and there are others out there that have the same arousal syndrome you explain. You do not mention a male or reference to involvement. The lingerie thing is a mental arousal and you are turned on visually, physically, mentally,and seem to be loving it. My advice..."if it isn't broke, don't fix it." If Your sexual attraction/arrousal isnt interfering with your ability to do what you need to do ( go to work or school, social activities, sleep, eat, hygene etc) then its nothing to worry about..
If it does, thats a sign of other issues...ranging from sex addiction to mood or even sexual disorders.. If it is interfering and you cant get a grip on it after making a good amount of effort then Id seek the advice of a sex therapist or psychatrist

I really don't think that there's anything wrong with you, I think you're just more open with your sexuality then most of these people that answer this questions before I did. People have different turn-ons some like to get kick in the balls, some like to sniff panties, some like to dress up, and many others have strangest way of errousing themselves. I think you are allow to have any fantasy, and any turn-on as long as you're deffenetly not hurting others phsycally or mentally.
Believe me you should stop or look for ways to stop what you're feeling as long as you feel safe and sound with your body, otherwise seek proffessional help. You're not alone.....................

You may want to check with a psychiatrist and a gynecologist about the panty poo thing. Having strange turn ons is normal, but having spontaneous orgasms without an apparent cause is not. There might be some serious medical or psychological issue behind that.
Maybe an unresolved trauma, or a hormonal imbalance? You should check that with an expert.
As for myself, my only "strange" turn on are sexy, intelligent female doctors. Wearing their beautifully white doctor uniforms.
